Texas Senate Bill 10 (S.B. 10), passed in 2025, requires every public elementary and secondary school classroom to display a durable 16×20-inch (or larger) poster or framed copy of the Ten Commandments, using only the exact text provided in the law in a font legible from anywhere in the room. Schools must accept qualifying donated posters, while purchasing them with district funds is optional. Set to take effect in the 2025–26 school year.
